Bell race helmet I designed and painted. This helmet design theme was inspired by one of the BMW art cars for Andrew with my own twist added. Custom blue rubber trim replaced stock black rubber trim on the helmet and really helps set off the entire design. I designed and painted this helmet with sort of a tag art theme complete with some dripping paint as part of the helmet design. This race helmet was very challenging to design and paint but was a lot of fun to paint something out of the norm.

I designed and painted this race helmet with a cut away view of an engine as past of the helmet design. This young racer at the time was racing Legion cars so it’s a cut away view of that engine. The slanting stars on top worked out well and showed some motion within the helmet design.

Bell race helmet with an original helmet design I came up with. Some times keeping race helmet design’s simple using just a few colors works out best as it did with this design. Simple black and white design with just a few stripes leaves the main focus on the lettering Racing is Life which is exactly what this design was intended to do.

HELMET PAINTING DESIGN
I designed and painted this G-Force race helmet for Cody who race’s a modified. The black sections of the helmet is flat finish, the blue sections are gloss finish and the white designs are blue glow in the dark paint. As with all my helmets the surface of the helmet is smooth you can not feel the graphics. White trim replaced the stock black rubber trim to really set the helmet off.
